►  미술관 이용 유의사항 [Museum Visitor Guidelines]

쾌적하고 안전한 관람 환경을 위해 관람객 여러분의 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.

  1. 이동 수단 이용 및 반입 제한

• 관람객 안전 및 시설 보호를 위해 실내(전시장 및 로비)에서는 킥보드, 자전거, 인라인스케이트, 전동 휠 등 승용 기구의 이용 및 반입이 금지됩니다.

• 단, 장애인 보행 보조 기구(전동 휠체어 등) 및 유모차는 이용 가능합니다.

  2. 전시 작품 보호

• 작품 안전을 위해 안내선 안쪽으로의 접근 및 작품에 손을 대는 행위를 금합니다.

• 플래시, 삼각대, 셀카봉을 이용한 촬영 및 상업적 목적의 촬영은 제한됩니다.

  3. 반입 금지 물품

• 음료 및 음식물(껌, 사탕 등 포함), 화기, 위험물, 대형 소지품 등은 전시장에 반입할 수 없습니다. (물품보관소 이용 가능)

   4. 관람 에티켓

• 휴대전화는 진동 또는 무음 모드로 전환해 주시기 바랍니다.

• 전시장 내에서는 뛰거나 큰 소리로 대화하는 것을 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.

• 어린이를 동반한 보호자께서는 어린이의 안전과 정숙한 관람을 위해 세심한 주의를 부탁드립니다.

 

►  우천 시 관람객 안전 유의사항(Visitor Safety Notice in Wet Weather)

우천 시 시설 진입로가 미끄러울 수 있으니, 방문객 여러분께서는 이동 시 안전에 각별히 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

강우량이 많거나 기상 상황이 좋지 않은 경우 관람객의 안전을 위해 일부 이동 동선이 제한될 수 있으니 현장 안내에 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

► Museum Visitor Guidelines

We kindly request your cooperation to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

  1. Restrictions on Vehicles and Transportation Devices

• For the safety of visitors and the protection of facilities, riding or bringing kick scooters, bicycles, inline skates, electric wheels, or other personal mobility devices inside the building (exhibition halls and lobby) is strictly prohibited.

• Exception: Mobility aids for persons with disabilities (such as motorized wheelchairs) and strollers are permitted.

  2. Artwork Protection

• To protect the artworks, please stay behind the safety lines and do not touch any displayed pieces.

• The use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, and any commercial photography is strictly prohibited.

  3. Prohibited Items

• Food and beverages (including chewing gum and candy), hazardous materials, flammables, and large bags/items are not allowed inside the exhibition halls. (Please use the cloakroom/lockers.)

  4. Gallery Etiquette

• Please set your mobile phones to silent or vibrate mode.

• Avoid running or speaking loudly inside the exhibition halls.

• Parents and guardians are requested to closely supervise their children to ensure safety and maintain a quiet environment.

 

►  Visitor Safety Notice in Wet Weather

Please take extra care facilty, as the access path may become slippery in wet weather.

Please proceed slowly and with particular caution on sloping sections of the path. When using an umbrella, please also be mindful of other visitors and the surrounding facilities.

During heavy rain or adverse weather conditions, access to certain areas may be temporarily restricted for visitor safety. We kindly ask that you follow any guidance provided by museum staff on site.
